Responsibilities:

• Support M&A and capital project evaluations
• Conduct market and industry research
• Prepare executive-level presentations and investment memos
• Assist with due diligence and integration efforts

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in finance, investment banking, or corporate development
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
